Thiru. M.A. Siddique, an IAS officer of the 1995 Tamil Nadu cadre, currently serves as the Managing Director of Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) since June 2022.
A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Madras, he brings over 23 years of administrative experience. Mr. Siddique has held several key positions in both the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Government of India. His roles have spanned critical areas such as finance, infrastructure, policy-making, and public administration. Notably, he served as Principal Secretary (Expenditure), Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, and Commissioner of Revenue Administration in Tamil Nadu. At the national level, he worked in the Ministries of Finance and Home Affairs. As Sub-Collector, District Collector, and Director of Museums, he has demonstrated strong leadership across diverse sectors. Mr. Siddique is widely respected for his expertise in public finance and governance, playing a vital role in driving infrastructure development in Tamil Nadu.

Thiru T.V Premgopal
Thiru T.V. Premgopal serves as the Deputy Director of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) within the Finance Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu. In this role, he contributes to the oversight and policy formulation for the state’s Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and Statutory Boards. His responsibilities include performance evaluation, financial management, and strategic planning for these entities. Additionally, Thiru Premgopal is a board member of the Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Centre for Logistics (TNASDCL), a public-private partnership initiative aimed at enhancing logistics sector skills in the state.

Thiru. R. Dinesh
Thiru. R. Dinesh is the Executive Chairman of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd., a global leader in supply chain management. He has played a pivotal role in transforming TVS SCS into a global player with operations across continents. He also serves as Director of Ki Mobility Solutions, which runs the myTVS brand. A Commerce graduate, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He served as the President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2023–24, contributing significantly to the growth of India’s industry and logistics sector.

Thiru. Shantanu Bhadkamkar is a distinguished leader in India’s logistics and transportation sector. As Managing Director of ATC Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd. since 1981, he has steered the company to prominence in customs brokerage and international freight forwarding. He also chairs Rotomatic Containers Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of rotationally moulded products. His leadership roles include Immediate Past President of the Association of Multimodal Transport Operators of India (AMTOI), Past President of the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MACCIA), and Past Chairman of the International Federation of Customs Brokers Associations (IFCBA). Additionally, he serves on the Court of the Indian Maritime University and the National Shipping Board. An alumnus of Harvard Business School’s OPM program, he continues to influence policy and innovation across the logistics ecosystem.

Thiru. Ravikanth Yamarthy
Thiru. Ravikanth Yamarthy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC), where he drives strategic initiatives to build a skilled workforce for India’s logistics and supply chain industry. With extensive experience across global logistics firms, he brings deep industry insights to his leadership. Under his guidance, LSC actively supports the National Logistics Policy and PM Gati Shakti, focusing on capacity building across 12 logistics sub-sectors. He has also fostered international collaborations, including with Bradley University, to introduce advanced programs in logistics and analytics, further strengthening India’s logistics talent ecosystem.
