Tmt. S. Madumathi, IAS, a distinguished 2003-batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) belonging to the Tamil Nadu cadre, currently serves as the Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Department. She is also entrusted with the Full Additional Charge of Secretary to Government, Special Programme Implementation Department.
With extensive experience in public administration, policy implementation, and governance, Tmt. S. Madumathi has played a significant role in advancing inclusive development initiatives and strengthening the delivery of welfare programs across Tamil Nadu. Her leadership focuses on enhancing opportunities, accessibility, and social empowerment for persons with disabilities while ensuring the effective monitoring and implementation of key government schemes and flagship programs.

Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC)
Thiru Simranjeet Singh Kahlon, IAS, is the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC). As a 2016-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Tamil Nadu cadre, he brings extensive experience in public administration, governance, and strategic policy implementation.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where he earned a degree in Engineering Physics, he has served in several key administrative positions across Tamil Nadu. His experience includes leadership roles in district administration, urban governance, and state development initiatives, enabling him to drive impactful public service reforms and citizen-centric programs.
At TNSDC, he is leading the Corporation's mission to transform Tamil Nadu into a globally competitive skilled workforce hub by strengthening industry partnerships, expanding access to high-quality skill training, and promoting employment-oriented learning. Under his leadership, TNSDC continues to implement innovative initiatives that bridge the gap between education and industry while enhancing employability for youth across the state.

MD – Chennai Metro Rail Ltd
Thiru. M.A. Siddique, an IAS officer of the 1995 Tamil Nadu cadre, currently serves as the Managing Director of Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) since June 2022.
A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Madras, he brings over 23 years of administrative experience. Mr. Siddique has held several key positions in both the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Government of India. His roles have spanned critical areas such as finance, infrastructure, policy-making, and public administration. Notably, he served as Principal Secretary (Expenditure), Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, and Commissioner of Revenue Administration in Tamil Nadu. At the national level, he worked in the Ministries of Finance and Home Affairs. As Sub-Collector, District Collector, and Director of Museums, he has demonstrated strong leadership across diverse sectors. Mr. Siddique is widely respected for his expertise in public finance and governance, playing a vital role in driving infrastructure development in Tamil Nadu.

Deputy Director (BPE) – Govt. of Tamil Nadu
Thiru T.V. Premgopal serves as the Deputy Director of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) within the Finance Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu. In this role, he contributes to the oversight and policy formulation for the state’s Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and Statutory Boards. His responsibilities include performance evaluation, financial management, and strategic planning for these entities. Additionally, Thiru Premgopal is a board member of the Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Centre for Logistics (TNASDCL), a public-private partnership initiative aimed at enhancing logistics sector skills in the state.

Sukumar is a seasoned professional with 31+ years of experience in strategy, business management, marketing, and sales across Logistics, Telecom, Automobile, and Steel sectors. Formerly Managing Director at FedEx Express India, he led pan-India customer operations, warehousing, and supply chain services, and earlier served as CEO of AFL Pvt. Ltd. A pioneer in e-commerce logistics, he introduced solutions like Cash on Delivery and alternate payment models. Passionate about Total Quality Management, he is a certified ISO 9000 Internal Assessor and Phil Crosby Zero Defect Trainer. Sukumar holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras and a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.
CEO – Logistics Sector Skill Council
Thiru. Ravikanth Yamarthy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC), where he drives strategic initiatives to build a skilled workforce for India’s logistics and supply chain industry. With extensive experience across global logistics firms, he brings deep industry insights to his leadership. Under his guidance, LSC actively supports the National Logistics Policy and PM Gati Shakti, focusing on capacity building across 12 logistics sub-sectors. He has also fostered international collaborations, including with Bradley University, to introduce advanced programs in logistics and analytics, further strengthening India’s logistics talent ecosystem.

He is a supply chain and logistics professional with over 30 years of experience. Previously, he held leadership roles at DP World, Reliance Retail, Larsen & Toubro, Mahindra Logistics, and Gati Limited. He has led major transportation procurement projects, managed multimillion-dollar logistics operations, and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives. His expertise spans procurement, supply chain management, and vendor relations, with a strong focus on cost optimization and operational excellence across various sectors.
