2020-2024: Visting Professor, Expert Faculty at Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Center for Logistics, India

· Conducted Faculty Development Programs for leading Universities in South India.

2017-2020: Head (Resources)-Ankur Academy, Coimbatore, India

· Pro-bono service that designed and executed Value Education to under privileged school children.

2010-2016: Dean, Head of the Department of IB, PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore, India

· Contributed to the Vision Document for the PSG Institutions and took active part in the benchmarking of Universities/Colleges.

· Re-energized 500+ faculty to design and deliver curriculum narrowing the gap between east and west.

· Installed Academia-Industry collaboration to give opportunities for faculty and students to get necessary exposure and to develop research jointly benefiting the stake holders.

· Led expansion into new markets and customers by organizing participation in International Trade Fairs at Paris, Frankfurt, London, Hong Kong & Melbourne.

· Instrumental in obtaining a million yards contract with international garment brand C&A, obtained entry into ZARA, GAP and several leading brands for dyed woven fabrics.

· Added new vehicle sales outlets increased the vehicle sales of Bajaj and Mazda in the Automotive Division. Streamlined the production and delivery of auto parts in the Industries Division.

· Improved CRM practices and streamlined information flow between marketing and PPC, boosting sales and ranking with buyers like GAP
